[Roundtable] Reparations Loan for Ukraine

On the eve of the European Council of 18 December, where EU leaders are set to discuss the political and legal implications of converting Russia’s immobilised assets into a Reparations Loan for Ukraine, the Institute for European Studies of UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles is pleased to invite you to an online roundtable with two leading experts:
