[Guest Lecture] EU Water Resilience and Environmental Security

As part of the POLLEN Master’s program (Environmental Security module), we are pleased to host a new guest lecture focused on the European Union’s strategies for water resilience.
This session will explore the critical challenges of sustainable freshwater management and the transdisciplinary legal frameworks necessary to address them in a changing climate.
Distinguished Speakers:
- Claudia Olazabal: Head of Unit on Sustainable Freshwater Management (DG Environment, European Commission).
- Pr. Jasper van Kempen: Endowed Professor of Transdisciplinary Water Law (Utrecht University) and Policy Advisor to the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management.
